mmmmmm, so the new wheelchair accessible theater also requires such a form, eh? Glad you got the new theater on the ground floor! I never had a problem with a liability form. I had a problem with the theater springing the form on us booked artists after we were booked and saying if we did not sign we couldn’t perform. But if it is a part of the process, no problem [if it doesn’t restrict the content].
I am leaning to do THE CAVE OF THE EROTIC BEAST, a four hour installation. But I need to know how much space I could have in the new venue. For it I would need a room or a space to set up a tent. Or I could do another installation, THE EROTIC GREETER, which I just can do in the lobby all night. What do you think?
